Stars of the week 16th December 


Roman – For being persistent with his writing and not giving up. For using his writing checklist to help him. He has really been practising with b’s and d’s and ensuring he writes the correct one. 

Burhan – For trying his best with his learning when he was absent for a while. He wanted to catch up and engage with what he has messed and showed a real passion for learning. 


Eli- For her amazing singing this week. She has gained so much confidence since joining Mulberry class and was not afraid to show off her beautiful singing voice when learning Christmas songs.

Danny- For being so focused in lessons. He always tries hard and has been working on challenge questions in maths to improve his problem solving and reasoning skills.

Jamal- For an amazing piece of independent writing this week. We are so proud of the progress you have been making. Keep up the good work!


All of Pear for coping so well and being a fab team in the final week of term.


All of Pine Class for working so hard this half term and really trying your best with your Phonics Screening checks and tricky Maths work this week!


Harshan – for being much more focused and engaged in all lessons! Well done for always listening carefully to teacher feedback and using it to help improve your work and to challenge yourself.

Newsha – for being such a kind and helpful partner! You always make sure that your partner understands the task,you listen carefully to their ideas and encourage them in their learning.

Stanley – for your incredible enthusiasm for our language of the term! Your confidence speaking Korean and encouraging the whole class to join in has been wonderful to see this term.


Owais- For always working incredibly hard. When you are given a task you remain focussed and wait patiently if you require help. Well done!

Viktoriya- For your participation in lessons. You will join in during the class input by sharing your thoughts even when you are not sure what the answer is. Well done!


The entire Beam Class for the progress and effort made throughout this first Autumn term. We have celebrated every success and the result has been extraordinary. We are so proud of you!


Athvik- For excellent work in maths this week and for being so persistent in his learning, all of the time! 

Ana- For making the right choices ALL of the time, for excellent work in all lessons and for being so polite. 


Gauri- For being so dedicated to the school play showing a lot of emotions in her performance and practicing hard

Lemar – For taking on a big responsibility in the class play and giving it everything he got. 


The whole class for super behaviour at swimming.


Daniel – for excellent engagement across all subjects and being a wonderfully accomplished mathematician.

Mega – for going out of her comfort zone and improving in her written work and physical work in netball

Whole of oak class – for excellent maturity in our science experiment on Monday.
