RE in Y6

In Year 6,  during our religious education lessons, we have been learning about meditation in Buddhism and how we can use meditation ourselves to help us through difficult times. We had a short meditation session, focusing in our breathing and feeling sensations in our bodies.
 
After, we spoke what we felt. Children said that they felt calm and peaceful, they felt like they were floating and they also said that they were aware of their heartbeat.
