Mental Health and Wellbeing Resources

Dear Parents/Carers,

We understand that during this tricky time especially, your child may need some support managing feelings and emotions.

Please find attached a range of story books that you might like to share with your children as part of their home learning.

Each clip has a suggested year group/ target audience. We strongly advise checking each clip before sharing with your child. We hope you find them useful and they help your children explore and understand their feelings through story books.

We have also attached a wellbeing journal for your child to use every day. This can either be printed or drawn out on paper.

We hope you find the resources useful!
