Disability History Month takes place every year between November and December and celebrates the lives and achievements of disabled people.
Over the next couple of weeks, we are going to be learning about key developments in raising the awareness of disabilities and promoting equality and inclusion for everyone. We will be teaching the children about the History of Disability Equality, inspirational people with disabilities and ways we can further improve equality as a community.
At Central, inclusion and equality are at the core of everything we do. We are proud to welcome everyone into our community. We take pride in teaching our children to be kind, accepting and well-rounded members of society.
