Light in Year 6

This week in Year 6, we explored how light travels in a straight line using torches, mirrors and lasers! We studied how light could be redirected  and what might block light or let light through.

Celebration Assembly 7th November

Today was the first Celebration Assembly of the half-term. It was lovely to be back and hear all the wonderful things that the teachers had to say about their pupils. Congratulations to all of the Stars of the week.  The winners of this week’s attendance are Walnut Class 99% and Conker Class 97%. Well done!

Celebration Assembly 24th October

Celebration Assemblies were full of excitement today, as all the teachers shared their Stars of the Week. Congratulations to all the children celebrated this week! French in Year 4

This half term in French, Year 4 have been learning about healthy and unhealthy eating and habits. To use and show their recent learning in French they created posters to promote healthy habits. I was really impressed by the quality of their French language and design ideas. Well done Year 4.
